Marcus on the Kaseyascripts yahoo group sent out a blast a couple of days ago about a new update to Ninite.
For those that haven’t heard of Ninite before, its a tool that enables you to prepackage autoinstallers for common apps, quickly, easily and without digging around for a bunch of command line switches – well worth checking out at Ninite.com
Auto-update common apps
The guys at Ninite have released a new feature whereby Ninite can auto-update third party apps if they’re already installed. There’s also the ability to do some reporting on installed apps and whether or not they can be updated automatically.
