You can turn off the mobile theme by scrolling down to the bottom of the site and changing the WP-Touch option.

I also just got around to implementing a much better Wordpress theme – the old theme was kinda chosen in a hurry and I’ve been searching for a while for a theme I really like. This new theme has a much better feel to it – if you have any feedback, let me know in the comments.
